A lot of places that claim late hours quietly stop cooking well before the posted close, or switch to a stripped-down menu once the dinner rush ends. We don't do either. The full menu is available until 2 AM, the spits keep turning, and the fryer stays hot — the order you place at midnight is the same order you'd place at noon.
It's open late seven nights a week, too. Not just Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday at 1 AM, a dead Tuesday at midnight — the doors are open and somebody's on the spit. Consistency is the part most late-night spots get wrong, and it's the part the regulars count on us for.

Restaurant and bar crews getting off shift, who spend all night feeding everyone else and want a real meal at the end of it. Nurses, security, and warehouse workers taking lunch at midnight.
